Reservations are confirmed with a Visa or MasterCard. Payment is due at check-out. Personal checks and cash are preferred. Visa and masterCard are accepted. Our multiple night discount rates do not apply during Balloon Fiesta.

With less than 14 days notice, guests are reponsible for the entire amount of the stay, less any nights that can be re-booked. Balloon Fiesta requires a 45 day cancellation notice.

Pet policy: We are dog friendly, but please call about our pet policy. Normally one well-behaved dog is allowed. There is an additional $20.00 per stay charge.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast.

I-25 exit 242. Take Rt. 165 east for approx. 7 miles through the village of Placitas. After the end of the school zone, turn left onto Camino de las Huertas. Drive 3 miles to the Blue Horse B&B at 300 Camino de las Huertas. Watch your speed!!
